By placing an order through the Service, you represent and warrant that you are legally authorized to use the payment method selected and that you will pay all charges incurred in connection with your order(s), including applicable taxes and shipping fees.
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, at our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. We reserve the right to restrict or prohibit sales to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction.
4. Products and Descriptions
We endeavor to describe and display our products as accurately as possible on the Service. However, we cannot guarantee that the product descriptions or other content available on the Service are completely accurate, reliable, current, or error-free.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We will ship your order to the address you provide during checkout. Shipping times and costs will be displayed at checkout. We are not responsible for delays in shipping caused by factors beyond our control.

At GreenyBags, we want you to be completely satisfied with your eco-friendly bags. However, due to the nature of our biodegradable products, we are unable to offer refunds unless:
- The product is damaged upon arrival. If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order at [sales@bioreform.in] and we’ll be happy to arrange a replacement or exchange at no additional cost.
- The product is incorrect. If you receive a product that is different from what you ordered, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order and we’ll arrange for the correct product to be shipped to you.
Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact us within the timeframe mentioned above (2 days of receiving your order) and provide your order number and a brief explanation of the issue via email to [sales@bioreform.in].
- We’ll review your request and provide you with instructions on how to return the product.
- Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we’ll process a replacement or exchange (depending on your preference).
The Service and all content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video clips, software, and other materials (“Content”) used on or incorporated into the Service, is the property of GreenyBags or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, patent, and/or other intellectual property laws.
You agree not to reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit the Content without our express written permission.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms of Service.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service or your use of the Service will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration shall be conducted in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Service.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms of Service is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
